■ GENERAL INFORMATION

The Principality of Monaco is situated on the French Riviera, about 25 minutes from Nice. Its exceptional location allows it to enjoy 310 days of sunshine per year. Monaco's exceptional location, between mountain and sea, its gardens, its athletic and cultural events... all qualities which make it an unforgettable destination.

The Principality offers a widerange of facilities for congresses, having in a radius of 200 metres, severalluxury hotels, nights clubs, cinemas, luxury boutiques, and the most famous Casino in the world. In a few words, the astonishing concentration of these points of interest make Monte Carlo the ideal town for the organization of any event combining the useful with the pleasant.

• CONGRESS LANGUAGE

The official languages of the congress are English and French. A simultaneous translation will be provided: in French, English, Spanish in all conference rooms and in German, Italian and Russian in the main rooms.

• CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND BADGES

To register for the Anti-Aging World Conference 2007, complete the enclosed registration form and return it with the registration fee to Euromedicom. On line registration, with secured payment by credit card is available at: www.euromedicom.com
On site registration will be available each day of the congress. The delegate registration fee includes:
- Badge, bag, conference book, congress documents and diploma as a certificate of attendance to the scientific program
- Admission to all the conference rooms (workshops and advanced courses included), to the exhibit areas, coffee during session breaks, welcome cocktail party at the Grimaldi Forum.
The accompanying person fee includes:
- Badge for admission to the exhibit areas, coffee during session breaks, welcome cocktail party at the Grimaldi Forum.
Badges and congress bags will be given to attendees (pre-registered and on site registration) at the registration desks.
The official registration badge should be prominently displayed at all times for admission to the meeting rooms and exhibit halls, during show hours and official events.

• CANCELLATION

For written cancellations received before January 10th 2007, fees paid will be refunded less 10% for administration expenses.
For written cancellations received between January 22th and February 22th 2007, fees paid will be refunded less 30%.
After February 22th 2007, no refund will be issued.

• COFFEE BREAKS

Coffee breaks are scheduled and are included in the registration fee.

• LUNCHES

Lunches are not included in the registration fee. Within the convention center and in close vicinity, there are several places to lunch. Lunches will be available at  l'Espace le Genois (level 3) of the Grimaldi Forum (tickets available at the welcome desk).

• OFFICIAL LETTERS OF INVITATION

Official letters which may be necessary in some countries for administrative reasons (VISA) will be issued upon request (see registration form).
These letters do not commit Congress Secretariat to any financial obligation.

• EXHIBITION

More than 3500 m2 exhibit (150 exhibiting companies) of interest in anti-aging medicine, plastic and cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medecine, dermatology, etc. will be on permanent display.

• WEATHER

Weather is normally beautiful with mild temperatures during the day (average 19-23° C ; 66-74° F).

■ REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees include: access to general sessions, workshops and commercial exhibit, coffee breaks  offered on site, a certificate of attendance and a conference book
